The Invisible Chef Team

Our team knows good food — and good service — under the direction of Keith Kurzeja, who has been cooking for as long as he can recall. After trying to make Eggs Benedict for his parents when he was 12, he turned his passion for food into a profession.

Chef Keith has cooked in all areas of professional kitchens, receiving his first Chef position in 1980, and his first promotion to Executive Chef in 1985. His career has carried him all over the country, experiencing many regional cuisines and constantly expanding his repertoire.

Going Green

We love using local farms for food when it’s in season. Whether it’s free-range, grass-fed ostrich steaks or the freshest summer tomatoes, we always try to buy local.

We also feature eco-friendly disposables and compostables when we’re not using china and silver.

Any other green initiatives you want can be arranged when we meet to discuss your event.
